A 10% booking charge is collected at the time of order placement. This charge will be fully applied to your invoice with the exception of late reschedules or cancellations. A 10% late cancellation or reschedule charge will be billed to any scheduled shoot that is canceled within 24 hours or rescheduled within 12 hours. Cancellations before the 24-hour window can request a refund or apply the payment to a future service. Homes that are not ready to shoot due to cleanliness or unfinished repairs will incur these charges or be shot as is. **All animals must be secured during the entirety of the photoshoot.** Reschedules caused by "Acts of God" or inclement weather will not incur charges. This policy is subject to change at any time without notice. All new appointments fall under the current cancellation policy in force at the time of booking.
